Meet beautiful Jasmine from Victoria, Canada. Friendly and engaging from the get go. She’s reading a book by ????, the lover of Eric Clapton and George Harrison. Hmm, beautiful, friendly, interested in the groupie life . . . am I on a rock and roll tour, or am I just dreaming!!
Sadly, she has other plans. As she states, “It’s a long story, but we have a long filght.” She’s traveling to Sydney to meet her father, stepbrother, and grandparents, . . . for the first time!! She tells a story from two decades ago . . . (probably told to her by her mother, who she calls her best friend) . . . a story of young lovers, a five year long trapes throughout Europe, and an expecting mother waiting for her love to join her for the birth of their baby girl. Well, two decades later, unlike her mother, Jasmine got tired of waiting. So she bought a ticket to Australia to meet the father she has never seen. Twenty something years of anticipation, delivered in Seat 56C of a packed Boeing 747. My fortune to be booked in 56A. I get to be there when it all happens.
